Welcome to Aryavart Innovations – Rail Signal Modeling

We at Aryavart Innovations design and build fully functional and custom Rail signalling model. We have our own proprietary model SSI's that can be configured to meet almost all types of interlockings used globally. This combination of SSI and model train hardware is first in the industry.

We, built our first fully functional Rail Signalling model as the final year research project in 2004. We used 100’s of discrete logic gate ICs to achieve SSI. This project won several national awards and got very positive feedback from the industry. That encouraged us to turn that college project into the complete product.

We subsequently redesigned everything in very professional way. We used FPGAs for SSI's. With this new product we can safely claim it achieved almost 100% signalling interlocking concepts. The control panel operations, displays and control functions are 100% identical to real industry control panels.

Functional SSI (Solid State Interlocking)

SSI (Solid State Interlocking) based on RRI, PI or British/Siemens type interlocking principles.

Our proprietary interlockings (SSI) are fully custom and widely configurable FPGA based design. These are intended for model trains and we are confident that our SSI can be configured to match almost all functional requirements of any kind of real interlockings to operate the model trains. At present our SSI has a mode selection switch and can operate a station in RRI or PI or British/Siemens type of interlockings.
